In every society, progress is best achieved when good leadership is sustained rather than disrupted. In Badagry Federal Constituency, Hon. Sesi Oluwaseun Whingan has continued to demonstrate that youth inclusion in governance is not a gamble but a strategic necessity for growth and development.

As one of the most active and vibrant members of the 10th National Assembly, Hon. Whingan has brought pride to Badagry through his preparedness, competence, and unwavering dedication to the mandate given to him by his people.
