The Federal Government has officially announced the commencement of recruitment into four major agencies under the Ministry of Interior. This development, which is set to provide job opportunities for qualified Nigerians, was disclosed in a press release issued by the Public Relations Unit of the Federal Fire Service Headquarters on Monday, June 23, 2025.
According to the statement, the recruitment exercise covers the following agencies:
-
Nigerian Correctional Service (NCoS)
-
Nigerian Immigration Service (NIS)
-
Federal Fire Service (FFS)
-
Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC)
The official recruitment portal — recruitment.cdcfib.org — will go live on Thursday, June 26, 2025, for interested applicants to submit their applications.
The public is advised to take note that the entire process is free of charge, and under no circumstances should money be paid to anyone during the application or selection stages. The agencies emphasized that fraudsters are on the prowl, and applicants should be vigilant and avoid being duped by impersonators.
While specific requirements for each agency are expected to be listed on the portal, prospective applicants are encouraged to visit the site for detailed information and follow all instructions carefully.
For further details, the official advertisement has been included in this publication and can be accessed through the Federal Fire Service or the recruitment portal.
Badagry Today will continue to monitor the process and bring updates as developments unfold.
