FRSC Badagry Command Decorates 25 Newly Promoted Officers

The Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC), Badagry Command, on Friday decorated 25 of its personnel who recently earned promotions to new ranks.

The promotions included two senior officers and 23 marshals. Among them, Mr. Suleiman Abdullahi was elevated to the rank of Superintendent Route Commander, while Mr. Okoh Adams was promoted to Deputy Route Commander. The other 23 marshals moved up to various ranks within the corps.

Speaking at the brief but colourful ceremony, the Unit Commanding Officer, Mr. William Manga, said the promotions reflected the officers’ dedication, hard work, and commitment to service.

“Today, we celebrate not just personal achievements but also our collective mission of ensuring safer roads for all. This is a testament to your hard work, integrity, and pursuit of excellence,” Manga said.

He reminded the officers of the importance of teamwork, mutual trust, and unity in achieving the corps’ overall goals.

“Together, we can overcome challenges and continue to make a positive difference in the safety of road users across Nigeria,” he added.

Speaking on behalf of the newly promoted officers, Abdullahi, who also serves as the command’s spokesman, expressed gratitude to the corps and pledged renewed dedication to duty.

“We will redouble our efforts to justify the confidence reposed in us and contribute more to the success of the corps,” he assured.
